What we know about you, and who else does

What we collect

When you buy something, Stripe’s checkout collects your name, email address, shipping address and phone number. Your card details go to Stripe directly — they never pass through our servers and we never see them.

Where it goes

Three companies handle your data, each for one job: Stripe processes the payment and emails your receipt; Prodigi receives your name and shipping address to print and ship paper and canvas pieces; Printful receives the same to produce and ship apparel. We pass on nothing beyond what production and delivery require, and we sell or share your data with no one else.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages; that is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order records live in Stripe and in the production systems of Prodigi and Printful for as long as those services retain them. We keep no separate customer database.

Your rights

Email paintedalways@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, and we will do so wherever a completed order’s legal and accounting records allow.
